Kawasaki launches updated Z900RS ABS and Z900 ABS Black Edition in Argentina

Kawasaki, represented in Argentina by Grupo Corven, unveiled two new models for its Z series: the Z900RS ABS, a modern reinterpretation of the classic Z1, and the Z900 ABS Black Edition, featuring an exclusive Black Metallic Carbon Gray finish. Both motorcycles retain the 948 cc inline‑four liquid‑cooled engine, now equipped with electronic throttle valves, new cam profiles, higher compression ratios and an assist‑and‑slipper clutch. The Z900RS ABS is priced at US$25,500, while the Black Edition is listed at US$20,900, each with a 12‑month unlimited‑kilometre warranty.

The updates also add full LED lighting, a redesigned exhaust for a sportier sound, and enhanced electronic aids such as traction control and connectivity features. Kawasaki emphasizes the “Sugomi” design language, aiming to convey a sense of power even at rest, and positions the new models to strengthen its presence in the high‑displacement naked‑bike segment in the Argentine market.
