Kawasaki launches Z300 naked motorcycle in India
Kawasaki India Motors has announced the launch of the Z300, a new entry-level naked motorcycle based on the Ninja 300 platform. The model features a 296cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine producing 40hp at 11,000rpm and 26.3Nm of torque at 10,000rpm.
Designed with the Sugomi styling language shared by the larger Z900, the Z300 includes a distinctive three-eye LED headlight setup and muscular tank extensions. It is equipped with an assist and slipper clutch, a six-speed gearbox, and dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle features a 17-litre fuel tank, a 785mm seat height, and a kerb weight of 175kg.
The Z300 is priced at 324,000 rupees (approximately 520,000 yen), making it slightly more affordable than the Ninja 300. It is available in two color options: Candy Lime Green and Metallic Carbon Grey.
