Kawasaki Robotics to debut CP110L palletizing robot

Kawasaki Robotics has announced the CP110L, a high-speed palletizing robot designed for space-constrained packaging environments. The robot is scheduled to make its North American debut at PACK EXPO International 2026, held from October 18 to 21 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The CP110L is capable of processing up to 2,200 cases per hour with a payload capacity of up to 110 kg. It features a compact design specifically engineered to address limitations in floor space and ceiling height, requiring a ceiling height of 2,242 mm and offering a maximum reach of 2,505 mm. To simplify maintenance and reduce interference, the robot includes a hollow wrist for internal cable and hose routing.

Additionally, the robot incorporates a standard energy regeneration function that converts energy generated during deceleration into reusable electrical energy. The launch follows a PMMI report indicating that 61% of end users surveyed expect to increase their investments in robotics over the next twelve months.
