Kawasaki unveils 2027 supercharged Teryx H2 side‑by‑side off‑road vehicle

Kawasaki Motors Corp. announced two new 2027 models in its Teryx H2 line‑up: the standard Teryx H2 and the higher‑spec Teryx H2 Limited eS. Both are two‑seat side‑by‑side off‑road machines powered by a 999 cc supercharged inline‑four engine derived from the Ninja H2 motorcycle, delivering 250 hp and roughly 198 Nm of torque with linear acceleration and no turbo lag. The vehicles feature a liquid‑cooled engine, a continuously variable transmission, and a power‑to‑weight ratio of about 9.4 lb/hp for the Limited eS.

The Teryx H2 is priced at US$32,899 and will be offered in Lime Green and Ice Gray, while the Limited eS starts at US$41,399 and adds Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension Plus (KECS+) with FOX Live Valve electronically controlled shocks, an electronic sway‑bar disconnect, and advanced traction control (KTRC). Both models have 33‑inch Maxxis Carnivore tires, high ground clearance, and reinforced under‑body protection for demanding terrain. The launch intensifies competition in the premium sport side‑by‑side segment, where rivals such as Polaris have introduced turbocharged models.
