Kay Schützhold, a long‑time municipal finance official in Leipzig, has been selected as the permanent Amtsleiter of the city's Stadtkasse. He studied public administration at the Hochschule Meißen from 2007 to 2010, earning a Diplom‑Verwaltungswirt, and has held responsible positions in the city's finance department since September 2010.
