KAYAK and Travog introduce new business travel expense solutions

Several companies are introducing new technologies to integrate business travel booking with expense management and payments.

KAYAK and Mesh Payments have announced a partnership designed to connect travel reservations with corporate payment infrastructure. Through KAYAK for Business, travelers can book trips while Mesh provides virtual cards with assigned budgets and spending controls. This integration aims to automate transaction reconciliation and allow finance teams to set spending limits before purchases occur. The full integration is expected to launch in December 2026.

In a separate development, Travog has launched a travel and expense (T&E) card on the Mastercard network. Aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the card seeks to bridge the gap between booking services and expense tracking. The solution is intended to reduce administrative burdens by linking payment activity directly to travel management workflows, helping businesses monitor spending and ensure compliance with company policies.
