Kaylee Hunter powers AFC Toronto to 6-0 victory over Calgary Wild

Kaylee Hunter scored two early goals (21st and 33rd minutes) as AFC Toronto defeated the host Calgary Wild 6‑0 at McMahon Stadium in the Northern Super League on Aug. 1, 2026. The win marked Toronto's third consecutive victory, moving the team to third place behind league leaders Ottawa and Montreal. Hunter's goals were her sixth and seventh of the season, keeping her and teammate Lauren Rowe near the top of the Golden Boot race, trailing Montreal's Elyce Bennett and Ottawa's Delaney Pridham at eight goals each. Calgary Wild entered the match winless (0‑12‑2) and were without head coach Leah Blayney, who was on a leave of absence; interim coach Kory Babington oversaw the side. Toronto will face Ottawa Rapid on Aug. 9, while Calgary visits Vancouver Rise on Aug. 8.
