Kayseri Şeker to pay 157 million TL in employee promotions

Kayseri Şeker has announced a 157 million TL promotion payment for its employees following an agreement with Garanti Bankası. The agreement was reached after evaluating multiple offers from different banks to secure the highest bid.

The payment will cover a total of 2,810 personnel working across Kayseri Şeker, the Boğazlıyan and Turhal sugar factories, and seven subsidiary companies. Hüseyin Akay, Chairman of the Kayseri Pancar Ekicileri Kooperatifi, stated that the company views these promotions as a right of the employees and aims to ensure equal distribution among the workforce.
