Kayseri implements next-generation automated parking system

Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Inc. has launched a next-generation parking system at the Hunat Multi-Storey Car Park. Developed in-house by the municipality’s own R&D team rather than purchased as a ready-made application, the system aims to increase operational efficiency and ease the experience for citizens.

The new technology features automatic recognition for entry and exit, with payment options including credit cards and HGS. To ensure security and oversight, the parking facilities are monitored 24/7 from a central control center, allowing for real-time tracking and rapid response to any issues. Additionally, kiosks are equipped with a ‘push-to-talk’ system to provide immediate assistance to users when needed.
