Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality launches Natural Products Garden Market on July 25

The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality opened the Doğal Ürünler Bahçesi Pazarı (Natural Products Garden Market) on 25 July. Situated within the Anadolu Harikalar Diyarı complex, the market operates every Saturday from 08:00 to 19:00 and allows direct purchases from producers on other days.

All items sold are organic‑certified, and municipal agricultural engineers conduct pesticide analyses to ensure food safety. Park and Gardens Department head Enver Şamil Taşcı highlighted the city’s priority of protecting public health and noted that the initiative, under Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, also supports a seed‑bank project and provides producers with supplies such as aprons and label materials.
