Kayseri and Ankara municipalities announce new public facility projects

Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality has opened a large-scale aqua park in Central Anatolia. The facility, spanning 1,800 square meters, features a 30 by 60-meter pool and five water slides with a capacity for 1,500 people. Following public feedback regarding its initial ‘men-only’ concept, the municipality announced a revised schedule where the park will serve women on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 10:00 and 18:00.

In Ankara, the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality is renovating the indoor market area within Göksu Park. The project involves creating 106 sales units, each approximately 21 square meters, featuring modern glass surfaces and improved infrastructure. The renovation includes upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, as well as installing new fire extinguishing systems to enhance safety and functionality for local vendors and visitors.
