Turkey real estate notices announce various auctions and expropriations

Various legal and administrative notices in Turkey have announced several real estate transactions, including expropriations, auctions, and rental tenders.

In Mersin, the General Directorate of Highways has issued an expropriation notice for improvements on properties in the Tabiye neighborhood of Erdemli. The process aims to determine compensation and complete legal registration for specific parcels.

Multiple judicial and municipal entities are conducting property sales. The Van Execution Office is auctioning agricultural land in Tuşba, while the Kırıkkale Execution Office is selling commercial shops and a residence in Gürler. In Nevşehir, a residential property is up for auction, and the Kulu Execution Office is selling large agricultural plots in Konya.

Municipal and state-run tenders are also active. Kütahya is leasing buffet areas in sports facilities, and Gazipaşa is auctioning municipal properties. In Seyitgazi, Treasury-owned lands are being offered for both sale and five-year agricultural leases. Additionally, Bayburt Municipality is auctioning several plots of land in the Gençosman neighborhood, and the İzmir Foundations Regional Directorate is auctioning 46 residential units in Çandarlı, Dikili.
