Kazimierza Wielka advances plans for 250 million PLN health resort

A major investment project is advancing in Kazimierza Wielka, where a private investor has signed a notary deed to take over 7 hectares of land. The project is intended to become a massive health and recreation complex, described by local officials as potentially the most modern health resort in Poland.

The planned facility will include rehabilitation and sanatorium areas, a hotel base, restaurants, recreational pools, and underground parking. The total estimated cost of the investment is approximately 250 million PLN.

The investor, ZPC Złoty Kłos—the owner of the Binkowski Resort in Kielce—was the sole bidder in the tender process. Following the signing of the deed, the next steps involve updating the local spatial development plan.
