Kazumasa Oda to release new album ‘Kitto!’ featuring live recordings

Japanese singer-songwriter Kazumasa Oda will release his new album, ‘Kitto!’, on September 30. The album features his first new song in approximately two years, titled ‘Kitto!’, which has been selected as a commercial song for Meiji Yasuda.

This release marks Oda’s first album consisting of live recordings. It captures performances from the final show of his ‘Meiji Yasuda Presents Kazumasa Oda Tour 2025 Minna de Jiko Best!!’ at Yokohama Arena. The tour, which spanned 28 performances across 13 venues, drew approximately 310,000 attendees.

The album spans Oda’s half-century career, including hits from his time with the band Off Course, such as ‘Love Story wa Totsuzen ni’, ‘Tashika na Koto’, and ‘Kotoba ni Dekinai’. A limited first-press edition will include a Blu-ray featuring a 35-minute digest of the Yokohama Arena performance.
