KB Kookmin Bank launches B2B preferential parking account

KB Kookmin Bank has launched the ‘KB B2B Preferential Account’, a specialized parking account designed to assist corporate clients and individual business owners in managing B2B transaction funds. The product is available to clients who have entered into supply chain finance agreements with the bank.

The account offers a base interest rate of 0.1% per annum, with preferential rates of up to 2.1% percentage points based on transaction performance, resulting in a maximum annual interest rate of 2.2% (before tax). These preferential rates apply to average balances of up to 1.5 billion KRW. New customers without a prior transaction history with the bank can receive a 1.0% percentage point preferential rate for the first six months.

Additional preferential rates are determined by average balances (up to 0.7%) and salary transfers or KB Kookmin Card usage (up to 0.4%). Furthermore, the bank provides fee waivers for internet banking transfers and automated machine usage if clients meet certain criteria, such as salary transfers or KB sERP subscription.
