KCC Engineering & Construction begins sales for Hyangnam Station Grove Switchen
KCC Engineering & Construction has opened a model house and commenced the sales process for the ‘Hyangnam Station Grove Switchen’ apartment complex in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province. The development consists of 933 units across seven buildings, with heights reaching up to 29 floors. The majority of the units are the highly sought-after 84㎡ type.
The complex is strategically located near major industrial hubs, including the Hyangnam Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex and the Balan Industrial Complex. It is also positioned to benefit from the H-Techno Valley project, which aims to attract semiconductor, smart logistics, and eco-friendly energy companies by 2028.
Transportation infrastructure includes proximity to Hyangnam Station on the Seohae Line and the planned extension of the Shinansan Line, which is expected to connect to Yeouido by December 2028. The development features a low building-to-land ratio of 12.43% to ensure ample green space and wide distances between buildings. Amenities include a golf driving range, sauna, fitness center, and specialized educational and childcare services.
For the 84㎡ units, prices are set in the mid-500 million won range. The project offers a 5% down payment and interest-free middle payments of 60%. As the site is in a non-regulated area, there are no residency requirements or restrictions on re-subscription, with a six-month resale restriction period.
