KCJ GROUP to host mobility technology workshop for students in Fukuoka

KCJ GROUP, the operator of the KidZania vocational experience facilities, has announced the second annual ‘Technology Talent Creation School 2026’ in collaboration with Fukuoka Prefecture. This year’s workshop focuses on the ‘Future Mobility Course,’ targeting middle and high school students to deepen their interest in technology sectors such as electric vehicle batteries and next-generation mobility.

The four-day program, scheduled to run from October 4 to November 3, 2026, will feature lectures and fieldwork led by experts from Toyota Motor Corporation and Kurume Institute of Technology. For the first time, introductory lectures will be available in Kitakyushu City to provide broader access to the region’s automotive industry expertise. The initiative aims to foster technical talent and encourage students to pursue science and engineering careers within the prefecture.
