Keanu Reeves to star in and produce CIA thriller ‘Kill Current’

Keanu Reeves is set to star in and produce the upcoming suspense film ‘Kill Current: A Jon Hendricks Thriller’, an adaptation of the novel by Oliver Lowe. The project is scheduled for a 2027 release.

Reeves will produce the film through Two Dragonflies, a new production company he founded with his partner, Alexandra Grant. The story follows Jon Hendricks, an exhausted CIA agent who is called back into service to seek vengeance for a former protégé. The plot is described as a global thriller involving high-stakes action and shifting alliances.
