Keda Construction breaks ground on NT$10 billion Dunbei project in Taipei

Keda Construction has officially commenced construction on ‘Dunbei Xu’, a major residential project located in Taipei’s Dunbei business district. The project, valued at approximately NT$10 billion, is the only project of its scale in the Taipei market during the current September sales period.

Chairman Lai Jian-cheng noted that while the real estate market has faced regulatory challenges, there remains a steady demand from owner-occupiers. He emphasized that the project aims to provide high-quality housing at competitive prices, with many units priced below NT$30 million to appeal to younger professionals and urban elites.

The development is a collaboration involving the Guangfeng Group and Japanese construction consultant Taiwan Matsushita Construction. Expected to be completed by 2031, the project is designed to serve as a new landmark in the area, featuring luxury amenities and international design standards.
