Kediri Regent urges students to uphold Resolusi Jihad spirit

Kediri Regent Hanindhito Himawan Pramana has called upon students (santri) to inherit and apply the spirit of the ‘Resolusi Jihad’ to navigate modern challenges. The message was delivered during the opening of Ekspresi Santri 2026 at Taman Hijau Simpang Lima Gumul on September 25, 2026.

As part of the National Santri Day (HSN) 2026 commemorations, which run from September 25 to October 4, the event serves as a collaborative space for students, MSMEs, and the community. The initiative aims to showcase regional potential and foster economic independence based on pesantren (Islamic boarding school) foundations.
