Keerthy Suresh discusses transition to Hindi cinema

National Award-winning actor Keerthy Suresh has shared insights regarding her expansion into the Hindi film industry. After establishing a successful career in South Indian cinema with films such as ‘Mahanati’ and ‘Saani Kaayidham’, Suresh noted that her move into Hindi projects happened naturally rather than through a competitive rush.

Suresh made her Hindi film debut in 2024 in ‘Baby John’ alongside Varun Dhawan. She is also set to star in the upcoming Hindi OTT series ‘Akka’, which premieres on Netflix on October 30. The period crime thriller, directed by Dharmaraj Shetty, features Suresh and Radhika Apte in a story set in a fictional 1980s kingdom.

Additionally, Suresh mentioned her upcoming project ‘Raftaar’, a film featuring Rajkummar Rao, which is expected to be released soon.
