Keigo Higashino’s ‘Eien no Kioku’ reaches 630,000 copies

Keigo Higashino’s latest Galileo series novel, ‘Eien no Kioku’ (Eternal Memory), has achieved significant commercial success, prompting a major reprint. Following an initial reprint of 100,000 copies, Bungeishunju has announced an additional reprint of 200,000 copies, bringing the total circulation for this title to 630,000 copies.

This achievement marks the fastest milestone for a Galileo series hardcover, reaching 600,000 copies and trailing only the Naoki Prize-winning ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’. The total circulation for the entire Galileo series, including paperback editions, has now surpassed 17 million copies. The novel also returned to the top of the Oricon Weekly Book Rankings for the second time.
