Keijison NEXT cafe gains popularity with extravagant morning service in Gifu

In Gifu City, the cafe Keijison NEXT has gained significant popularity due to its exceptionally generous morning service. The establishment, owned by Kairaku Zenzan, offers a 'Rich Morning' set that includes an entire loaf of specially ordered bread for an additional 200 yen with a drink.

Beyond the food, the cafe provides customers with free gifts, such as eggs, handmade bento boxes, or various small items, from a selection of over 100 products. Zenzan, who transitioned from a 20-year career in car sales to the cafe industry, stated that his primary goal is to ensure customers are happy rather than focusing solely on profit.

The cafe also features creative, high-impact menu items like the 'Bikkuri Shachohoko Morning,' which tops bread with fried shrimp, and a three-tier pancake set. The business has expanded to five locations within Gifu City.
