Kelly Angus cattle stud property hits the market
The Kelly Angus cattle stud property, located 16km south of Yea in Victoria's High Country, has been placed on the sales market after 14 years of operation. The enterprise, overseen by stud principal and philanthropist Vicki Standish, began in early 2012.
The property spans 837 hectares (approximately 2,068 acres) and features extensive frontage to the Yea River. It has a historic carrying capacity of 550 breeders and is noted for its productive capacity, quality accommodation, and working improvements.
As part of a recent herd dispersal in May, the stud offered 265 pregnancy-tested-in-calf females. No asking price has been suggested for the sale of the highly recognized agricultural holding.
