Kelly Osbourne defends Ozzy Osbourne's musical legacy

Kelly Osbourne has publicly criticized Twisted Sister vocalist Dee Snider following his claims regarding her late father Ozzy Osbourne’s songwriting contributions. The dispute began on social media after Snider suggested that Ozzy relied on bass players to write his lyrics, specifically mentioning Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath, Bob Daisley, and Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister.

In response, Kelly Osbourne defended her father’s musical legacy, describing Snider’s comments as “spectacularly classless.” She noted that her father’s career spanned nearly six decades and stated that attempting to diminish his achievements does not elevate Snider.

Snider has since moderated his stance on X, stating he has “nothing but love for Ozzy” and acknowledging that Black Sabbath changed his life.
