Kelly Osbourne discusses grief and new life in the UK

Kelly Osbourne is navigating significant personal transitions following the death of her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025. Osbourne, who has relocated from Los Angeles to Buckinghamshire, England, has spoken candidly about her grief, describing it as a “lifetime of work” and noting that “a part of me died, too.” She has also addressed the intense public scrutiny and body-shaming she faced regarding her weight loss during her period of mourning.

In addition to her grief, Osbourne is managing life after her split from former fiancé Sid Wilson, the musician formerly of Slipknot. Her brother, Jack Osbourne, reports that she is in a “happier place,” focusing on motherhood and her son, Sidney. Kelly has also shared her approach to parenting, stating she does not introduce the concept of gender to her three-year-old son, allowing him to explore interests freely.

Regarding the passing of Ozzy Osbourne, Kelly revealed that the family chose to keep his body at their residence for several days to allow for a private farewell before public tributes and a funeral procession through Birmingham took place.
