Kelly Ríos reveals pregnancy loss during Top Chef VIP final

Kelly Ríos, known as Guajira, revealed during the final of the reality show ‘Top Chef VIP’ that she suffered a pregnancy loss shortly before joining the competition.

While presenting a dessert titled ‘El amor que yo no conocí’ (The love I never knew), Ríos shared that she was approximately 14 weeks pregnant when the loss occurred. She disclosed that the incident happened roughly 20 days before she traveled to the Dominican Republic to participate in the program.

Ríos, who rose to prominence on ‘El Desafío XX’, stated that she arrived at the competition with a ‘broken soul’ and had to endure the difficult process of giving birth after the baby's heart had stopped beating. She confirmed that Kevyn Rua, her partner from ‘El Desafío XX’, is the father of the child.
