Kelly Rutherford appears with son Hermès after past custody battle

Actress Kelly Rutherford made a rare joint appearance with her son, Hermès Giersch, at a film premiere. The outing follows a long-standing legal dispute regarding the custody of her children.

Following a divorce from German businessman Daniel Giersch, a 2015 Monaco court ruling granted Daniel custody of Hermès and his sister, Helena, after a dispute regarding the children's travel between the U.S. and Europe. Rutherford has since relocated to Monaco to be closer to her children and has described the move as a healthy decision for her personal life.
