Kemono Jihen stage play performs at Theater H in Tokyo

The stage adaptation of the popular manga series ‘Kemono Jihen -Tokyo Arc-’, based on the work by Matsu Aimoto serialized in Shueisha’s Jump SQ, is currently being performed at Theater H in Tokyo. The production runs through September 27, 2026.

The story follows Kabane Kusaka, a boy born from a human and a ‘shiki’ (a bloodless demon), as he navigates his destiny and discovers his immense powers alongside members of the Kogami Detective Agency. The play features various action and combat scenes.

In addition to live performances, the production offers digital streaming options on September 22 and September 27, with catch-up viewing available until October 4. As part of the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ support program for children’s performing arts, children aged 6 to 18 may be eligible for free admission on a first-come, first-served basis.
