Italy hosts various regional music and cultural festivals

Various musical and cultural festivals are taking place across Italy. In Recco, the third edition of the Festival della Valle del Tempo explores the historical, philosophical, and artistic dimensions of time.

In Olbia, the Festival Bande 2026 features four brass ensembles performing in the city center. Positano is hosting the Kempff Festival, which showcases young talents performing works by Beethoven. Faenza is holding the SaxArts Festival, offering saxophone-focused training and concerts.

Other notable events include the Nei Suoni dei Luoghi festival at the Forte di Osoppo featuring pianist Dario Dal Molin, and the Simphonia d’Imprese season opener in Caserta by the Orchestra Domenico Cimarosa. In Naples, the Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti presents a Mozart and Tchaikovsky program as part of the UNIMUSIC 2026 festival. Additionally, Gian Paolo Mazzoli will present his book, ‘Un gesto, cento suoni’, in Livorno.
