Kempton Park runner Elizabeth Moselakgomo found dead

The family of 38-year-old runner Elizabeth ‘Tsontso’ Moselakgomo has identified her body at the Germiston mortuary. Moselakgomo disappeared last Wednesday while out for an afternoon run in Kempton Park.

Her death follows a series of disturbing discoveries in the area. A fifth woman was found dead in Olifantsfontein on Monday morning near the old Comair aviation training centre. Police noted that the deceased was partially clothed and exhibited visible bruising.

Authorities are investigating potential links between several recent deaths of women in the Kempton Park region, as some victims have been found with similar injuries and clothing states. While police have not officially confirmed a serial killer is responsible, a special investigative team including specialists from the Investigative Psychology Unit has been formed to examine the cases.
