Ken Paxton conducts ‘Come and Take It’ bus tour in Texas

Republican U.S. Senate nominee Ken Paxton is conducting a statewide ‘Come and Take It’ bus tour across Texas. The campaign tour, which includes more than 30 events over 18 days, is scheduled to conclude in San Antonio on November 2, the day before Election Day.

Paxton, the current Texas Attorney General, is running to succeed Senator John Cornyn. His campaign messaging utilizes the historic Texas Revolution slogan to highlight his legal record against Big Tech, opioid companies, and the Biden administration. He is facing Democratic nominee James Talarico in a race that public polls suggest is closely contested, with Democrats aiming for their first statewide victory in Texas since 1994.
