Ken Roczen extends contract with Suzuki for 2027 season

Suzuki Motor USA, LLC and Pipes Motorsports Group (PMG) have officially confirmed that reigning AMA Supercross Champion Ken Roczen will return to the AWM Fulfillment PMG Suzuki team for the 2027 race season.

Roczen, who secured the 2026 450SX championship, will continue to compete on the Suzuki RM-Z450. The contract extension marks his fifth consecutive season with the team. Despite previous discussions regarding potential retirement following his championship win, Roczen intends to defend his title in the upcoming AMA Supercross and SuperMotocross World Championship seasons.

Suzuki Motorsports Manager Chris Wheeler and PMG Team Principal Dustin Pipes both praised Roczen’s professionalism and elite performance, noting his integral role in the program’s recent successes.
