Kena launches new winback campaign and updates operator eligibility

Kena, a brand under TIM, has launched a third wave of its winback SMS campaign targeting former customers. The promotion offers a 'Limited Edition 5G' plan featuring 200GB of data, unlimited minutes, and 200 SMS for 4.99 euros per month. This specific offer is available via a unique coupon code sent through SMS and is valid until October 20, 2026.

Simultaneously, changes have been observed regarding Kena’s 'operator attack' offers in physical stores. Customers attempting to switch from PosteMobile are no longer eligible for certain low-cost plans, including the 4.99 euro 100GB 5G TOP offer. PosteMobile has been removed from the list of eligible operators for these specific promotions, with Sky Mobile being highlighted as an alternative. Other eligible operators for these deals include Iliad, Fastweb, and CoopVoce, while Very Mobile, ho. Mobile, and Tiscali remain excluded from certain promotional eligibility.
