Kenady Minley receives 2026 Ally Sees Her Award

Kenady Minley of Court Street Ford in Bourbonnais, Illinois, has been named the winner of the 2026 Ally Sees Her Award. The honor was announced during the 46th annual National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) Conference.

Presented annually by Ally Financial and NAMAD, the award recognizes women of color in the automotive retail industry for their professional achievements and community impact. Minley was cited for her leadership in driving dealership success, improving customer satisfaction, and her work in developing future industry leaders through the establishment of the NAMAD Dealer Ownership Academy and her role as Outreach Coordinator for the NAMAD NextGen initiative.

In celebration of Minley’s recognition, Ally Financial will donate $10,000 to Kothi Dance in Milwaukee to support its African and Caribbean drum and dance programs for children.
