Kenan Doğulu and Beren Saat seek new Hollywood villa after Malibu fire

Kenan Doğulu and Beren Saat are searching for a new luxury villa in Hollywood after their Malibu beachfront home was destroyed in a large Los Angeles fire in January 2025. The villa, valued at approximately $2.5 million, was completely lost in the blaze.

The fire also destroyed significant personal property, including Doğulu’s $1 million studio, private recordings, and 15 guitars acquired from world-famous auctions. Additionally, the couple lost Beren Saat’s wedding dress and approximately 50 sculptures and paintings.

Following the completion of the insurance process, the couple has decided not to rebuild on the original Malibu site. Instead, they have shifted their search to the Hollywood area, where they are reportedly viewing luxury villas with prices starting from $3 million.
