Juventus re-signs goalkeeper Norberto Neto

Juventus has secured the return of Brazilian goalkeeper Norberto Neto to bolster their squad following a serious injury to Kamil Grabara. Grabara suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture during training and has already undergone surgery, effectively ending his season.

Neto, 37, arrives as a free agent after his recent stint with Botafogo. He is expected to undergo medical examinations at JMedical before signing a contract that will bind him to the club until June 30, 2027. This move provides immediate experience and depth for manager Luciano Spalletti, with Neto expected to serve as the backup to Guglielmo Vicario.

Neto previously played for Juventus between 2015 and 2017, during which he made 22 appearances and won two Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia trophies, and one Supercoppa Italiana. His career has since included spells at Valencia, Barcelona, Bournemouth, and Arsenal.
