Kengur se vraća kući film trailer released for September premiere
A trailer has been released for ‘Kengur se vraća kući’ (Kangaroo Returns Home), a new satirical comedy written and directed by Miroslav Momčilović. The film is scheduled to premiere at the Sava Centar on September 23.
The story follows Zoran Paunović Kengur, a former footballer who built his career in England. Following an unsuccessful coaching stint in London, he returns to Serbia with his fiancée, Elektra. His return is documented by a British television crew from UBC. Kengur aims to reunite his old friends and revitalize his former football club, but his efforts quickly spiral out of control.
This film is a standalone story and not a sequel to previous works. Starring Andrija Kuzmanović, the cast also includes Jelisaveta Orašanin, Nataša Ninković, Ivana Dudić, Oliver Conić, and Vesna Čipčić. The production offers a satirical look at contemporary society, mentalities, and ambitions.
