Kent State and UAB women's soccer teams earn draws

In recent women's soccer matchups, Kent State and UAB both secured 1-1 draws against non-conference opponents.

Kent State played to a 1-1 draw against Youngstown State. Jules Dolinski scored for the Golden Flashes in the 18th minute, but Autumn Fairfax provided the equalizer for Youngstown State in the 41st minute. Kent State outshot their opponent 16-11.

UAB also earned a 1-1 draw, this time against Western Kentucky. After trailing 1-0 at halftime following a goal by April McDonald, UAB found an equalizer in the 72nd minute through Lailah Stewart, assisted by Sydney Bolinger. UAB controlled much of the second half, outshooting Western Kentucky 10-3 during that period.
