Kento Amemiya’s manga Kinato’s Magic concludes in Weekly Shonen Jump

Kento Amemiya’s manga series, ‘Kinato’s Magic’, has concluded its serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump after only six months. The action fantasy series, which debuted in February 2026, follows a protagonist named Kinato who attempts to embark on adventures despite possessing non-combat magic.

The final chapter was published on August 23, 2026. While the weekly serialization has ended, the final collected volumes, 3 and 4, are scheduled for release in Japan on October 2, 2026.

In a personal note included with the final chapter, a tradition for creators in the magazine, Amemiya expressed gratitude to his readers and offered well wishes to the people of Kumamoto, stating, “Thank you for reading my manga! I’m sending prayers to the people of Kumamoto and hoping for a quick recovery.”
