Kento Miyahara to defend Triple Crown title on December 31

All Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion Kento Miyahara will defend his title against Yuma Aoyagi on December 31, 2026, at the Yoyogi Second Gymnasium.

Miyahara is aiming to set a new record for consecutive successful title defenses, which currently stands at 10. The match was sanctioned by the PWF headquarters following a challenge issued by Aoyagi after Miyahara's recent victory over Tatsuki Honda.

The event will also feature the professional debut of Motoki Hanawa, the son of entertainer Hanawa, in a single match against Hideki Suzuki. Tickets for the event are reportedly selling rapidly, with ringside seats already sold out.
