Kentucky woman granted restraining order after assault

Amber Marie Mitchell, a woman from Kentucky, has been granted a restraining order against Nathan Seale following a violent physical assault captured on surveillance footage. Court documents require Seale to maintain a distance of at least 150 meters from Mitchell and prohibit him from contacting her via phone, messaging, or any other means.

The video footage shows the pair seated at a table when Seale suddenly throws a drink in Mitchell's face. As she attempts to stand, he pushes her to the floor and kicks her. The footage further shows Seale grabbing Mitchell by the throat and throwing her to the ground before fleeing the scene.

Mitchell stated that she had agreed to meet Seale for what she believed would be a polite conversation regarding their past relationship, noting that he had previously exhibited verbal abuse in messages. Seale has been charged with assault.
