Kenyan Deputy President Kithure Kindiki Travels to Uganda for AUSSOM Security Summit

Kenyan Deputy President Kithure Kindiki departed Nairobi on the morning of 31 July 2026 aboard a Kenya Air Force aircraft, accompanied by Defence Cabinet Secretary Soipan Tuya, to represent President William Ruto at the second Extraordinary Summit of the African Union Support and Stabilisation Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM) in Entebbe, Uganda.
