Keo releases debut album ‘Put A Smile On For Me’

The band Keo has released their debut album, ‘Put A Smile On For Me’, under Island Records. The record arrives amid comparisons to Nirvana, yet maintains a distinct identity through heavy guitars and urgent rhythms.

Finn Keogh’s vocals provide emotional volatility, shifting between restraint and powerful release. While the influence of alternative rock traditions is evident, tracks such as ‘Thorn’ and ‘Loser’ utilize tension and contrast to establish the band’s own character. The album includes tracks such as ‘Be Happy’, ‘That’s Me’, and ‘Bird On The Wire’.
