Keppel wins five awards at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards

Keppel has received five honors at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2026, including the title of Best Luxury Developer.

Four of the awards were presented to joint venture projects in Vietnam. The Gladia Heights development, a collaboration between Keppel and Khang Dien Group in Ho Chi Minh City, won Best Next-Gen Living Condo Development and Best Condo Landscape Design. The project is situated within a 60-hectare integrated township and is scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Additionally, the Celesta Gold project, a luxury wellness-focused development in Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City, was named Best Wellbeing Condo Development. This project is a joint venture involving Keppel, Phu Long, and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam. Other recognized developments include Estiva Charm.
