Kerala Chief Minister condemns vlogger over Fort Kochi video

Kerala Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan has strongly condemned an Instagram video posted by an out-of-state vlogger, alleging the content spread misinformation about Fort Kochi to incite communal division.

Satheesan stated that attempts to portray the state in a negative light and disturb its social fabric will not be tolerated. He emphasized Kerala’s tradition of peaceful coexistence and asserted that there is ‘no room for hate’ in the state.

Police have registered a case regarding the video, and an investigation is currently underway. The incident has sparked concerns among authorities regarding digital content created by individuals outside the state that may be intended to inflame local tensions.
