Kerala launches digital system to track vigilance probe delays
Kerala Home and Vigilance Minister Ramesh Chennithala has launched VCB Suite 3.0, a new digital system designed to monitor and track delays in vigilance investigations. The platform allows senior officers to oversee the progress of corruption cases by tracking how many days individual investigations have been pending and how long officers take to complete them.
Developed by technical experts within the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, the integrated digital platform stores investigation details electronically, reducing the need for physical files and reports. The system aims to improve supervision, document verification, data security, and processing speeds. By providing real-time access to case details, the system is intended to help the government and the Vigilance department make more accurate and timely decisions regarding corruption cases.
