Kerala Police partners with Cyble to enhance cybercrime investigations

Kerala Police has entered into a three-year memorandum of understanding with cybersecurity firm Cyble to enhance its cybercrime investigation capabilities. The partnership aims to provide investigators with intelligence regarding stolen credentials, ransomware operations, phishing networks, and fraudulent online infrastructure.

The initiative will support the police cyber operations wing and Cyberdome by providing access to threat intelligence and training in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and dark web investigations. The collaboration also includes joint research into emerging threats such as deepfakes, artificial intelligence-enabled fraud, and investment scams, alongside public awareness programs.
