Keraton Yogyakarta issues land permits to earthquake survivors; Ferrari unveils limited track model

In Sleman, Indonesia, the Keraton Yogyakarta and the Sleman Regency Government officially presented 'Serat Kekancingan' documents to 83 residents of Padukuhan Sengir. These residents are part of a relocation area for those affected by the 2006 Yogyakarta earthquake. The documents serve as official permits for the use of Sultanate land (Sultanaat Grond), providing legal certainty and administrative order for the community.

Gusti Kanjeng Ratu (GKR) Mangkubumi emphasized that the handover is a commitment to ensuring security for land users. During the event in Sumberharjo, she also provided education regarding the lineage and policy background of the Serat Kekancingan.

In the automotive sector, Ferrari has introduced the 296 GT Modificata, a highly limited model designed exclusively for track use. Unveiled at the Ferrari Racing Days in Budapest, Hungary, the two-seater features a 2,992 cc V6 engine producing 730 cv. Unlike standard production models, this version is intended for non-competitive use within the Club Competizioni GT program, allowing for higher performance outputs by bypassing motorsport regulation constraints.
