Keravnos and Petroyla AEK draw groups for 2026/27 FIBA Europe Cup
Cypriot clubs Keravnos Strovolou and Petroyla AEK learned their opponents for the 2026/27 FIBA Europe Cup regular season after the draw on 16 July. Keravnos was placed in Group 4 with Germany's RASTA Vechta, Poland's King Szczecin, France's SLUC Nancy Basket, Slovakia's Nitra Blue Wings and Austria's BC Vienna. RASTA Vechta and BC Vienna will join the group only if they do not qualify for the Basketball Champions League (BCL).
Petroyla AEK was assigned to Group 5. Its lineup depends on the team's BCL qualifying result; if the Larnaca side does not reach the BCL, it will face Germany's Fitness First Würzburg Baskets, Estonia's Tartu Ülikool Maks & Moorits, Greece's Iraklis Thessaloniki, Poland's Dziki Warszawa and North Macedonia's MZT Skopje Aerodrom. The competition runs with a new format of 48 teams split into eight six‑team groups, each club playing ten games (five home, five away). The top two teams from each group advance to the next phase.
